Pre-enrolment
To access the Early Bird promotion, a pre-enrolment is mandatory and can be completed via online payment or in person at reception.

The remaining course balance must be paid between June 1st and no later than the last day before the course start date (June 29th). Upon payment of the remaining balance, students will receive the course book.

- After the first day of the course: 50% refund of the fees corresponding to the remaining weeks.
- If the course is cancelled due to temporary or permanent closure of the school or due to circumstances beyond the school’s control, a full refund will be issued for all remaining weeks.
Family Discount
A 10% discount is available for two or more members of the same family (immediate family members).
Course Duration and Certification
The course is designed as a 5-week programme in order to achieve an A2.1 level. If a student enrols for fewer weeks, we cannot guarantee that this level will be attained.
In any case, at the end of their stay, students will receive a certificate stating the number of hours completed, provided they have attended at least 80% of the weeks they have enrolled in.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times. The school reserves the right to expel any student whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Liability
The school is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of students’ personal belongings. Students are advised to have appropriate medical and travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
If a student has any health condition or specific need that may significantly affect their learning process or participation in the course, it is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to inform both the school and the teacher in advance.
The parent or legal guardian must also provide any necessary support, documentation, or materials required to ensure the student can follow the course normally.
